Returnable Items
Items that can be returned/refunded or exchanged within 30 days of receiving must follow the criteria as below:
1. Faulty items damaged/broken, or soiled upon arrival.
2. Items received in the incorrect size/color (Manufacturing error)
3. Unwashed, unworn, and unused item(s) that have not met your expectation within 30 days of receiving.

Contact our Support Center as soon as possible if you come across any of the above situations.
If for any reason you decide you no longer want the item. You can report it to us within 30 days of receiving it for a partial refund of the item cost.

Non-Returnable Items
We will not accept returns in the following conditions:
1. Items outside the 30 days warranty time-frame.
2. Washed, worn, used, or misused items.
3. Items under the following categories: Sale, Swimwear, Lingerie, Earrings, Apparel, Shoes (Customers choose the wrong size) are not covered by the warranty.

Note: All returns must be authorized by the AhaExpress Team via the Support Center. Returned item without an Return Merchandise Form (RMA) will not be accepted.

Returns Process & Time-Frame
Please carefully follow our returns process to minimize any delays:
1. If your item is returnable (see above), please submit a ticket in our Support Center stating your:

  • Order number
  • SKU number or product name
  • Reason for return

2. Our customer service team will respond to your request within 24 hours and provide you with a Return Merchandise Form (RMA) along with our returns address.

3. Please return the item according to our instructions on the RMA form and send us return proof in the form of the tracking number and a valid return receipt.

4. Once we have received the returned item(s), we will email you and arrange an exchange or a refund within 30 days.

After this, please note the refund/exchanges times below:
- For exchanges, the processing time for the exchanged item will be between 3-6 business days, upon receiving your item back, and depending on stock availability.
- For refunds, the processing time for us to proceed with the refund will be between 3-6 business days upon receiving your returned item. After this the refund time will depend on the payment method. Please see below for details: PayPal refunds may take up to 48 hours to process and appear in your account.

Return Shipping Costs & Address
1. All shipping fees are at the customers expense. This includes shipping fees for a return or exchange. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
2. Please contact your local post office to confirm the actual return shipping fee. We recommend you use the cheapest registered airmail method that is available.

Please DO NOT return your item to any other addresses of AhaExpress, as the published addresses online and the shipping address on the package you received ARE NOT our returns address.

- All returns must be shipped via Postal Service, returns shipped via other services will incur brokerage fees and/or duties which will be deducted from the credit/refund you will receive. Returned items must be declared as "Returned Goods" in the customs section of the return label. Furthermore returns that are not properly declared may incur additional fees.

- Please kindly use a postal service that is trackable. In the event of package loss or package damage during transit we will not be responsible in such cases. Therefore we recommend adding insurance to your returned package to secure its safekeeping.
