Tracking information will be sent to the email you provide to us when checking out. These are automatically sent out as soon as your product has been made and leaves the production facility. Please note: you will not be able to track your package until 24 hours has passed since you received tracking info.
Processing time + Shipping time = Delivery time frame.
The time frame for order delivery:
- Processing time: Confirmation of order, production of products, quality check and packaging. This process typically takes 3-5 business days. In some circumstances, it can take up to 10 business days..
- Shipping time: This is the amount of time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 15–30 business days. US orders take 3-8 business days, the average is 5 days.

NOTE: We cannot make any changes or cancel your order once it has been placed. The order immediately goes into the production phase. You will have to wait until you receive your order to get a refund.
NOTE: Some items in your order may be shipped separately. This is to ensure you receive your items as fast as possible.
Most orders are made on demand so it can take up to 10 business days to fabricate the shirt. After this is done, the shirt is shipped. Some of our items that aren't made on demand come from other countries. If you have ordered one of these items, you should expect to wait longer for your items to arrive.

This applies to all printed items EXCEPT swimsuits.
*Swimsuits ship Internationally and could take up to a month to be delivered. Please keep this in mind when placing a swimsuit order.
Please note that due to external shipping factors, actual shipping times may be affected. These factors include but are not limited to weather conditions, customs (for international shipping), and public holidays. We do our best to make sure every customer is 100% happy with their experience so please trust that we will do everything in our power to reduce any delays in shipment and order processing.
If you require an item to be delivered to a specific time frame, please message us before ordering to confirm that an item can be expedited for you. We are not responsible for a product not arriving at your desired time.
**If you provided a wrong address, please contact us ASAP. We can only make changes within one hour of when the order is place. If the package is already in transit, we cannot change the delivery address or refund the order. We are not responsible for incorrect address entered by the customer.
Please contact us if you did not receive your order in a month from when your order has been placed. After 30 days of your order being placed, we will not be able to process any refunds.
Orders are strictly non-refundable if your package failed to deliver due to "no recipient at time of delivery" or "wrong address" entered on the order, or if the tracking information indicates that the package has been delivered successfully. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
